Dr. Eric McDonough

DMD

Dr. McDonough is dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive dental care to all his patients. He channels his energy into creating a modern and welcoming practice that prioritizes patient comfort and satisfaction. Raised in the South Hills of Pittsburgh, Dr. McDonough earned his B.A. in Biology from Cornell University before pursuing his dental education at Harvard. His passion for continuous improvement drives him to regularly attend continuing education courses, enhancing his skills and expanding his knowledge of oral health.

After graduating from dental school in 1998, Dr. McDonough gained valuable experience working as an associate in various dental practices. This experience allowed him to refine his techniques and develop a patient-centered approach to care. In 2008, he realized his dream of opening his own practice in Washington, PA, where he has been serving the community ever since.

Outside of his professional life, Dr. McDonough has a variety of interests that keep him engaged and balanced. He is an avid reader, always eager to expand his knowledge and explore new ideas. He also has a passion for classic cars, enjoying the craftsmanship and history behind these timeless vehicles. Additionally, Dr. McDonough prioritizes his health and well-being by maintaining an active lifestyle, regularly working out to stay fit and energized.

Shannen is a proud graduate of West Liberty University, where she honed her skills and developed a deep passion for patient care. She is committed to providing every patient with the highest degree of care possible, ensuring that each individual feels valued and understood. Shannen goes above and beyond to inspire her patients, offering them the encouragement and information they need to achieve their best smile. Beyond his professional life, Sean has a passion for hockey. Sean’s enthusiasm for hockey extends to being a dedicated fan of the Pittsburgh Penguins. Morgan

PATIENT COORDINATOR

Morgan is a highly motivated and dedicated Patient Coordinator with over four years of experience in the dental field. She excels in delivering exceptional patient support, overseeing front office operations, and safeguarding sensitive medical information.

Before transitioning to the dental industry, Morgan spent 11 years as a cosmetologist, bringing her bubbly personality and exceptional interpersonal skills to our patients. In her spare time, Morgan enjoys camping, hunting, and spending quality time with her husband and daughter.

Amber

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Amber is a newcomer to the dental field, but she brings with her a decade of experience as an administrator and a lifelong passion for helping people. Her background in administration has equipped her with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to providing excellent service. She is committed to ensuring that each patient has a smooth and pleasant experience, from the moment they walk through the door to the completion of their treatment.

Outside of the office, Amber enjoys embracing the tranquility of country living with her two beautiful children. She values the peacefulness and simplicity of rural life, finding joy in spending quality time with her family. Whether it’s exploring the great outdoors, engaging in family activities, or simply enjoying quiet moments at home, she cherishes the time she spends with her loved ones.
